 Industrial automation systems allow to create highly integrate and thus efficient lines. Imeas, acting as “main contractor”, designs and engineers every project in strict cooperation with his Customers in order to define the best solution to optimize the use of spaces and resources as well as maintenance and safety concepts.

该生产线的控制软件由我们的工程部门专门为每个项目构建，以保证高度定制、界面同质、响应迅捷。

 The control software of the line is built specifically for each project by our engineering department to guarantee a high degree of customization, an homogeneous interface and quick response times in case of need.

新 AX 系列的砂光和刷光机是之前 AT 系列的演变升级。新的AX加工范围更宽（最大15mm）、功率更强（现在高达 90kW）、速度更快，并引入了先进的机器电子管理和新的触摸屏图形用户界面。

The grinding and brushing machines  of the new AX series represent the evolution of the previous AT series. The new AXs extend the range of thicknesses  (up to 15mm), the installed power (now up to 90kW), the speed of work and they introduce an advanced electronic  management of the machine and a new touch screen graphical user interface.

In addition to the modular concept, one of the hallmarks of the new AX is represented by their  monolithic structure designed specifically for heavy machining and the ability to fully extract with a simple movement  the counter-pressure roller (aka billy-roll).

The new AX maintain the same footprint and many parts of the  previous generation, making the transition to the new model very simple and cost effective. All machines are available  for machining coil and sheets, as well as dry or wet process

PL 系列覆膜机旨在通过涂上自粘塑料薄膜来保护精致的抛光表面免受灰尘和划痕的影响。 

The laminator machines series PL are designed to protect the delicate polished surfaces from dust and scratches by  applying a self-adhesive plastic film.

Built with a solid structure welded, they can easily be integrated into sheet, coil or mixed lines. 

• 薄膜应用始终是自动的，而在小批量生产的情况下可以手动进行切割，对于大型生产线可以自动进行切割。 

The film application is always automatic, while its cut can be performed manually, in the case of small volumes of  production, or automatically, for larger production lines. 

• 专利版本“零重叠”允许在板材的开头和结尾精确切割塑料薄膜，方便随后分离堆叠的板材。 

The patented version “Zero overlap” allows to cut with precision the plastic film at the beginning and at the end of the  sheet, facilitating the subsequent detachment of the stacked sheets.

Imeas SuperMirror machines have been engineered to achieve the highest grade of polishing: a perfectly reflective, non  directional surface.

The futuristic Full Control System (shortened to FCS) combines the best mechanics and electronics into an easy-touse graphical interface. With the easiness of a click, it is possible to control every aspect of the sanding process, from  the start of a motor to the oscillation of the abrasive belt, the health of a bearing as well as the fine tuning of a sanding unit. Data are displayed in a clear and uncluttered way, using color-coded icons and machine mimics that dramatically reduce the learning curve and boost productivity.

Working recipes, sanding policies, trends, logs and user-customizable alarms are useful to quickly preset the line and  monitor the health of each machines.

The built-in Imeas TeleAssistance service allows you not only to monitor the sanding line remotely but even to  integrate it with your ERP system for data exchange and setting.
